Yes, simply share the registration link with them. Each attendee registers with their own email address, as the badge is named and personal.

An unsubscribe link is included at the bottom of every email. It lets you stop being contacted about the AI Summit.

No, sessions are open access, subject to availability. Some rooms have limited capacity, so we recommend arriving a few minutes before the start.

Sessions are held in French or English. The language of each session is indicated by a flag in the program.

Yes. OVHcloud experts are present throughout the day in the event spaces. You can recognise them by their staff badge and OVHcloud T-shirt. Feel free to go and talk to them.

The keynote starts at 10:00 and lasts about two hours. A security check is carried out at the entrance, so we recommend arriving as soon as the reception opens at 9:00.

The keynote is presented in French. On site, headsets are provided to follow simultaneous interpretation into English by interpreters.

Yes, the keynote is streamed live on summit.ovhcloud.com. The live stream is available with subtitles in French, English, Spanish, Italian, German and Polish.

Yes, the keynote replay will be available on summit.ovhcloud.com after the event.

On November 19, 2026 at the Carrousel du Louvre, 99 rue de Rivoli, 75001 Paris. Reception opens at 9:00, the keynote starts at 10:00 and the day ends at 6:30 pm with a cocktail reception.

The Carrousel du Louvre is served by the Palais Royal – Musée du Louvre metro station (lines 1 and 7) and by the bus stop of the same name (lines 21, 27, 39, 48, 67, 69, 72, 81 and 95). Find all the details (train, car parks) on the Venue page.

Kiosks at the reception print your badge. To get it, scan the QR code you received by email or that is available in the app, or simply enter your name on the kiosk.

A cloakroom is available. Small bags are accepted. A security check is carried out at the entrance.

Yes. Photos and videos will be taken throughout the event in all areas open to the public (exhibition spaces, conference rooms, lounges, outdoor areas) by OVHcloud, the event’s sponsors, and the press.

In accordance with Article 7 of the General Terms and Conditions of Registration, these photos and videos may be published free of charge, worldwide and on any medium, including in brochures, newsletters, videos, testimonials, advertisements, trade shows, websites, and social media channels of OVHcloud and its sponsors.
